A.I is terrible! This 1 star is for your customer phone service. The A.I. thing is rediculous. I had a couple of simple questions and the computer couldn't handle it. I went into the Rancho Cucamonga store and spoke with a great young man who answered all of my questions, completed the sale and I was on my way in a few minutes. If you had a human to answer simple questions insted of a computer claiming they a person and having no option to speak with a human Best Buywould still be my 1 and only place for my electronics. I will be shopping around next time!
