If only I could give zero stars
If only I could give zero stars. My order was placed nearly 2 months ago and is still not here. I have called multiple times, but their customer service is handled by a call center. So when you call, you will get put on hold and then given a stock answer to every question. My delivery date has been moved 4 times now. Additionally, they claim to be based in Georgia (USA), but the cover for my couch was shipped from India and has been sitting a FedEx in Memphis for a week now. Do not use this company! At this point I think I will be submitting a fraudulant claim to my credit card! I will leave another review if/when the cover ever comes, but I am skeptical because the package size according to FedEx is 16x13x4 inches and 4.5 pounds for my $500+ outdoor L-shaped couch cover.
