My husband and I met Carlton for our appt. He was so personable, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. My husband is a little disabled and Carlton was so sweet to help him to get up and down out of the van. We feel like we got good value for our items and are bringing more items for Carlton to appraise this coming weekend. We had a great experience! Kudos to Carlton!
