Oyrosy completely ghosts you when you request an item to be returned. I followed their directions for a return and did not get a response from their team until 48 hours had past (the return policy said 24 hour response time). Then it was back and forth emails with the return team until they quit responding to my email request for my return, now I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't fit. Total scammers-buyer be aware!
