Update
I received the jewelry which was a bracelet all tangled up in one massive knot. I asked for a refund which they proceeded to say I could have 20% back and could sell it or give it to a friend neither is possible. I wrote a review and they contacted me and gave me another person to contact I contacted that person and I got no response so basically their customer service is the worst . I know customer service I have worked in the industry for over 40 years.... very dissatisfied will not buy from them again. After I sent the above message they sent me another message that was exactly the same I'm sure Olivia you signed it is an AI... Since she never replied to me the first time what a joke
