Which first contact do you prefer, AI or Operator
With AI Bots the personal touch is not there anymore. Many companies and businesses have switched to use AI Bots. This is the way our future is going forward. For me I try AI first, then I ask for a human operator. Wondershare is great and my preference because they have great products.
