Scam: Bait-and-Switch Customer Service

If I could give NiceCNC a lower rating I would. See my previous review (Didn't fit KTM 890 Adventure R) on their website. I went above and beyond to be fair with them. I gave them clear proof, gave them the opportunity to make it right, and acted completely in good faith. They chose to abuse that trust and try to hustle me for more money. I ordered a Chain Guide that did not fit my stock bike, a KTM 890 Adventure R. I sent NiceCNC photographic proof, and they admitted fault. They initially offered to send another part of equal value as compensation. However, once I picked the replacement (a $43 throttle Housing for my other bike) they changed their terms. They tried to charge me an extra $30 for a 'freight fee' while claiming to give me a discount—even though their website advertises free shipping. They are using their own mistakes to scam customers into spending more money. Avoid this company. A truly good company looks at a mistake as an opportunity to build loyalty. They failed that test miserably by trying to turn their own error into a profit center.
