I have had several interactions with TurboTenant customer service. Each time I have had a real live person call me! and I mean within an hour of asking for help. I can't tell you what relief this has been in getting started with this software. I have already refered a friend who also is managing his own property and he has also purchased TurboTenant. So far so great!
