Wrong itemshipped
I ordered a keyless socket in error. Sent an email to cancel the order as I ordered a correct keyed socket. Cancellation was confirmed. When order arrived, it was the keyless socket which was cancelled and not the keyed socket. I just made do and made it work rather than the hassle of returning or explaining the error.
