Great chair, warranty, and support
My Secretlab TITAN Evo's tilt mechanism suddenly stopped working properly a few years into using the chair. I reached out to support and they were fantastic to work with, helped me sort out the order logistics and got a full set of replacement parts shipped out to me quickly. Installation was very easy and straightforward, and the chair's basically good as new. Really appreciated how smooth and hassle-free the whole process was. Still love this chair and would happily recommend Secretlab to anyone considering one.
