The bad experience is through booking & buying the Deluxe Protection Plan. Details of the Plan were never discussed at the time of booking. Ie; if you cancel too close to disembarkation, you don’t get cash back, you only get credit. Despite booking a group, the one reservation that we cancelled can only be rebooked (with credits) with the same people that the booking number had reserved. These credits cannot be transferred to another one in the party. This was not discussed at all when purchasing the Deluxe Protection Plan. I have to mention Thania from the boat - she was great and a pleasure to know‼️
