Slow service
Ordered Rayban Wayfarer frame and lens package on July 5th. I did not receive my order until August 4th. Received a text message asking me to send them my frames. Frame package was clearly listed on the order. Had to jump through hoops to talk to a real person to clear up their mistake. Order was then in lens crafting status for over 8 business days. Not exactly fast service as website states. Two stars just because the glasses are correct and are working out nicely.
