Great products, amazing long term support, great customer service
I have been using a Secretlab chair for more than half a decade (& I am very happy with it) - due to the constant daily use, the fabric of the seat has teared up a bit at one place. I reached out to SecretLab support and even though the chair is long past the end of its warranty, I managed to order a replacement seat with their help. The SecretLab customers support is awesome - they handled my case quickly and efficiently. 10/10 customer service
