We ordered in March rotimatic and expected delivery was showing May at time of order. Now it's Aug almost 6 months and we have not received it. We tried contacting customer service several time and no response. They say they will escalate your case through automated chat bot, but we never received any reply. We don't know if we will even get it or not. From website there is no way to request refund either. Very frustrating experience!
