At first I was a hesitant because everything nowadays is a scam. But I utilize the chat to let them know that I did not see the mortgage billing option and that is when it prompted me to either chat or do a phone call. I opted to do a phone call and I got an awesome agent named Gordon who was wonderful and made the process so easy and even save me even more discounts than what the app was going to do on its own. I suggest using the phone agent if you are hesitant like I was or if you just prefer talking to a person as it does make it easier and less stressful.
