What a joke
I Pre-ordered the magnus pro desk in June and was informed today that the order is “slightly delayed” due to the size and electrical components and would not be shipped until after September 30th. I thought that August 7th was quite a long time, however, I heard great reviews from people I knew who had purchased similar products from this company. The fact that they can’t figure out a safe and timely solution to deliver their products is very frustrating. Simply stating that we’re sorry for the SLIGHT delay of 7 weeks on a pre-ordered product is simply baffling. A slight delay to me means 1-2 weeks max. However, 7-weeks is down right incompetence when an item is preordered. In the future you should figure out how to safely ship your products before falsely misleading your customers. Very disappointed!!
