We are using romantic from 5 years . In beginning its good customer service its our 2nd machine by purchase but repairs and replacement stuff its our 5 or 6 machine but from last two years its worst customer service i experienced last time it took almost 6 months to replace it now its beens one months doesn't even heard back from customer care . Warranties are fake
