DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. There’s no customer service, all you will get is run around in circles with no resolution. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Received a notification that they were delivered, however they were not. I was told that I had to contact the shipping company, which I did. After much back and forth the shipping company acknowledged that their driver did not deliver the package appropriately. We live in a rural area with a longer driveway, apparently the driver didn’t want to have to go down the drive so he left the shoes in the ditch by the road. But, they did acknowledge the error, sent an email stating that they had failed in the delivery and that the package was not delivered to a safe location and even gave me a picture of the box in the ditch. But they said refunds had to be handled by HobiBear. I sent all the information to HobiBear and it has been weeks of runaround with no resolution in sight. Absolutely awful.
