Not flexible if frequent intl travel
I loved the concept and wanted to join but their membership options are monthly and not able to pause adequately to accommodate anyone travelling internationally frequently. It would be better if you could buy credits in bulk and use them over 3 to 6 months as opposed to being forced into a monthly plan. Also, customer service is quite painful!!
