Closed account lost 180$
Apparently I breached 6.5 on the Terms of Service which is the most vague thing I've ever seen. I did nothing wrong. I used the same exact card that I use on every single other casino and nope. My account is closed and my 180$ I deposited is gone forever when I tried to cash out. I want refunds or my cash out. This isn't fair AT ALL. A company that you partner with is happy to take my money and notices nothing wrong while I'm paying, but as soon as I cashout, I'm banned. Unbelievable scam. This has never happened before. It must be an error. "Security reasons" to not disclose the details. Am I a risk? Why even accept my payment in the first place? I want a refund or my withdrawal.
