Pathetic customer service My machine has been non-functional since June 10, and despite numerous follow-ups over the past one and a half months, Rotimatic support team has still been unable to replace a single faulty arm component. What should have been a straightforward repair has turned into an extremely frustrating and prolonged ordeal. Also even after writing multiple email, no one had the courtsey to respond to a single email. So effectively I am yet not known what would happen to my $1700 investment . My machine was faulty and was replaced 2 times , after multiple efforts and now arm broken on 3rd one and no support has been provide. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT
