Carl was extremely nice, professional, helpful, and he listened to my situation very attentively. He provided great solutions and recommendations, as well. Although I didn't get approved for a loan, not because of poor credit but for other factors, it was a blessing to have an even better option which was with their partner, Freedom Debt Relief. I am grateful for being enrolled into the debt relief program to pay off the high interest loans and 1 credit card that is eating up the majority of my income. I didn't include everything because I don't need to which is great to have that flexibility. I wish I contacted Symple Lending sooner!
