Title: Order #PVY9937: Unacceptable delays, wrong diagnosis, and fake shipping status Review: I am writing this review due to terrible support and endless stalling regarding order #PVY9937. My bike stopped working due to a faulty controller. Support wrongly claimed the issue was the display and made me wait 15 days for a replacement, which obviously did not fix the problem. They then acknowledged that the controller itself is defective. It has been days now, and they only created a shipping label to generate a tracking number, but they have NOT actually handed the parcel over to the shipping company. Their response time is extremely slow, and they keep giving empty excuses. I demand an immediate full refund of my €899.00 and a return label for this defective bike
