A 5 star review for real
A 5 star review for real. I was not able to make the new import/export system of JSON files work. I have a F2 machine on MacBook, latest version of the software installed. The AI help system provided a lot of insight but ultimately a real expert assistance was needed and I got assisted by Snyder. They were great, offered a swift and clear solution and instructions, and everything was resolved shortly. The response time was perfect as well, from the moment I started chatting with the AI assistant, to the moment I have been put in contact with Snyder, it was a matter of minutes. Thanks again to Snyder and the support team!
