update rendered printer useless
the last update they put out which i was forced to download rendered my printer and cfs useless. they offered to pay for a usb so i could fix their problem by reverting versions or nothing. ive lost 2k+ in those 2 days for usb replacement and they offered a replacement which they said would have to be reverted back a firmware version so a couple weeks. useless customer service
