Excellent support and a promising AI filmmaking platform
I've had a very positive experience with TopView AI, especially with its new Drama Studio. While creating a vertical micro-drama project in Drama Studio, I encountered a temporary UI issue that prevented me from accessing the Workbench after completing my script preparation. What impressed me most was not the issue itself, but the professionalism of the TopView support team. They responded quickly, investigated the problem step by step, asked for screenshots, and identified it as a temporary system bug. They also added 40 credits to my account for the inconvenience, even before the issue was fully resolved. The new Drama Studio has a very promising workflow for filmmakers. It analyzes scripts, organizes characters, locations, props, and scene structures, making it well suited for producing vertical drama series. I truly appreciate the team's willingness to listen to user feedback and continuously improve the platform. I'm looking forward to continuing my project with TopView.
