The order arrived very quickly, and the bike is truly satisfying. There was a small issue with the saddle, which arrived with a small hole, but customer service immediately resolved it. They sent me a new saddle within a day of reporting it, and it will arrive shortly. The support, both pre- and post-sales, was truly friendly and thorough. If I ever need a second e-bike, it will definitely be another Duotts. Congratulations
