Terrible carpet installation, one installer slept while the other one worked
The installation of the carpet was the worst we’ve ever had. We’ve been buying Carpet from RC Willey since 2006. The Installers took all day (9 hrs) to install carpet in only two rooms., I checked on them a couple of times and one of the two installers was always sitting down doing nothing and one time I found him laying on the carpet watching the other installer work. I found them walking on the carpet with their work boots, and I had to tell them to wear shoe covers. And, neither one of them spoke enough English to understand what I was telling them. The worst part of the installation was when they were finished I found that they damaged the baseboards, out newly installed freshly painted baseboards have chips and marks and scratches on them, which require professional repair. We are very, very disappointed.
