Terrible equipment and terrible service
I have used ADT security systems for six years. Their service and equipment is absolutely terrible. Also, there service is essentially non-existent. Recently my system failed and the earliest service call available was three weeks out. ADT is extremely expensive. For what they charge you should be able to get a service call within 24 hours. ADT is also extremely expensive. There are much better services available.
