Hello, I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my order - 19143712 The cake I initially received was damaged and did not resemble the design I had ordered. After I spoke with your store manager, **Lagesh**, I was assured that the cake would be replaced. Unfortunately, the replacement cake was also unsatisfactory. In addition to not meeting the expected quality, it appeared to be significantly under the ordered weight of **300 g**. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and falls well below the standard I expected from IGP. As both the original and replacement cakes have now been returned, I request a **full refund** for my order at the earliest. I would appreciate confirmation that my refund is being processed.
