I had a really positive experience with ClassPass support today. The person helping me was so kind, responsive, and genuinely seemed to care about getting everything handled for me. They made the process super easy and didn’t make me feel like I was going back and forth trying to get an answer. I really appreciated how helpful and pleasant they were throughout the conversation. Definitely one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had.
