The experience is rated by three parts, 1. The buying experience was longer than it needs to be and much of what is the pitch doesn't prove out in product performance. 2. The Product its self requires more product 2 capsuls per serving which now after using the product for 30 days on a daily disciplined diet and excersise didn't change the results I have experienced in the previous 90 days of the regemant of diet and excersise and 3. The value is not there for the little to no results.
