Loose Definitions of "Like New"
Order placed late 7/31, product shipped within 3 business days and arrived 8/7. Decent turnaround. Product arrived in its original box, bagged and labeled but no protection otherwise. Product works as advertised but has a couple small divots in the wood finish and the glue holding on the non-slip felt bottom is dissolving. The felt is half-peeled off and will need more adhesive. The "New - Open Box" on the product page is a generous descriptor. Be wary. Make sure you read everything about the product you're buying. They have listings that say they're the same brand/product as the one on Amazon, but aren't a 1:1 once you scrutinize the product descriptions. I would not trust this company with an order over $40, but if you're trying to avoid Amazon, maybe roll the dice. How much money you're willing to risk is up to you.
