Slow payouts and frequent tracking issues
The app is okay overall, but the payout process is a major drawback. Waiting 24 hours to 5 days is tough when competing apps pay out within the hour, and I am still waiting on my funds. This process should be automated and seamless without requiring users to prompt customer service. Additionally, the $10 minimum threshold is quite high, especially since the app frequently fails to log game progress or disqualifies users late into surveys. Because these tracking errors and payment delays are system-side issues, there is nothing for support to troubleshoot on my end—the platform simply needs faster payouts and more stable tracking.
