I cannot recommend LaceMade based on my experience. I returned my order, and the return package was successfully delivered to LaceMade on 20 May 2026. LaceMade confirmed that they had received my return and repeatedly told me that my refund had already been processed and that I only needed to wait 3–5 business days. However, I did not receive the refund for several months. During this time, I had to send numerous emails and repeatedly ask for updates and proof that the refund had actually been issued. My bank, Revolut, confirmed that no refund had been received. What was especially frustrating was the contradictory information I received from LaceMade. I was repeatedly told that the refund had already been processed, but the payment information they later provided showed that the €99.51 refund was actually created on 6 August 2026. I eventually received the full €99.51 refund, but only after months of waiting, repeated follow-ups, contradictory information and a great deal of stress. I am glad the money was eventually returned, but a customer should not have to spend months chasing a refund for an order that was returned and received by the merchant. Based on my experience, I would not order from LaceMade again.
