Poor quality and lack of customer service
Communication through email takes too long for a resolution. I have a 110” x 125” HEAVY blackout lined panel that is 1.5” shorter than it should be. They asked me to take it down off the wall to measure it on a flat surface? So put my curtain on the floor to show exactly the same thing? Also multiple large snags and they sent me a video of hole and how to fix them. I also paid for memory training which some of the curtain is so wrinkled you can’t even see the memory pleats. For the price of these drapes, I must admit I’m very dissatisfied in the quality and lack of customer service. I also purchased 2 Roman shades that are already unraveling
