The support team at Secret Lab is very friendly and helpful. They respond very quickly and resolved my problems immediately. The armchair is simply fantastic! The craftsmanship is superb, and attention has been paid to every little detail, from the packaging to the embroidered patterns on the chair – simply top-notch. I am very satisfied with it; it's worth every penny.
