It has taken days to get my winnings
It has taken days to get my winnings. Customer service said 24 hours and it definitely isn't that way. One customer service representative said you will receive up to 1,000.00 a day but to break the winnings down to smaller amounts. The other said no that's not right. You'll only receive one redemption a day. Well I've only received two redemptions out of 5 and I submitted the redemptions 7 days ago. I'm still waiting on three of them.
