Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. My system went down while I was on a trip. I never received anything from them, I can home and found it completely dark. I then called and basically had to beg from them to get someone to my house and fix the issue. They want you to pay for the system, pay for the service, and want you to maintain it yourself. Absolutely not, why am I paying you if you don’t want to help.
