Terrible Experience!
We had a terrible experience with Supliful. They promise all the help needed to launch private-label supplements—selling you an annual subscription plus a 5-label design package (around $700)—but once the process begins, they take 4–5 days to reply to every email. It took them a month just to design the first label, and when Amazon asked us for lab test results, they told us that was our problem. We paid for a sample bottle of the supplement we were launching with them so we could send it to one of the labs Amazon recommends, but a month went by and we never received the sample. We tried to cancel the subscription and get a refund, since we were cancelling due to their failures, but they told us no refunds were issued. It’s a scam! UPDATE: You responded quickly to our review, yet it took up to five days for you to reply to our emails. Regarding the sample order: we did cancel it after waiting 22 days because it never arrived. In your response, you stated that the test required by Amazon was our responsibility—but how could we possibly conduct a test if you never sent us the sample?
