They really made sure I got my license
They really made sure I got my license. When I wasn't home and my license was sent to a location for pickup, they emailed to let me know. And sent me a reminder email the next day when they hadn't heard from me. I was able to pick up my license easily. Also when I first submitted my application I realized I had put in the wrong birthday. I was afraid I'd have to start a brand new process but I contacted them and they fixed it within a couple of hours which gave me peace of mind. It's rare nowadays to find a company with a responsive customer service team so I really appreciated it.
