Their Worldwide Daily Passport is a joke and a scam. I did not activate it, but when I am out of Singapore, it is auto-charging me for no reason. This is the second time they have charged me for no reason and said it cannot be removed. Whatever method customer service advised me to use, I have tried, but nothing has changed. I'll just look for another service to replace this shitty service.
