Asked To Exchange Wrong Size Socks
I ordered 2 pairs of small grey compression socks which I noticed gave me some relief from burning and pain in my feet. I later ordered 2 pairs of the small black socks. Not sure why but they were very tight and uncomfortable. I emailed asking if I could exchange for the medium size. Avon responded that they would replace them with 2 pairs of black medium at no extra charge and I did not need to return the small size. I will find someone to give the small size to. This is exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend them.
