I would give a 0 of it was possible. It’s a fraudulent website. I paid nearly 3000 rupees for my rakhi and it never got delivered. After back and forth emails with the customer care, I decided to contact my credit card company and reported the transaction. They refused a refund saying that the rakhi was on its way ( for more than 2 weeks) and the dates mentioned are tentative and not necessary for them to fulfill the order on the given timeline. What’s more interesting is that later they told me the rakhi was out of stock and I could pick an alternative (again NO REFUND) I have deleted my account. There are several websites for sending rakhis and I definitely won’t be using their services anymore.
