I bought tires tpms monitors and paid for labor to install. I picked pep boys since it was close. The service manager Mark was rude. They installed the tires and put the monitors in the tires but didn't program them. After a call to the store and 2 visits to the lake Wylie store I was told they couldn't program them and basically I was sold something they were not contracted to do So I didn't money that I really didn't have for something that doesn't work
