I’m out of capsules so I’m eager for the delivery. I don’t think I have been taking them long enough to notice a dramatic difference but I keep taking them because I think it takes a while for you to develop new hair. The topical stuff makes my hair weird and I try not to use it more than once a week. Maybe I’d have more success if I used it more often, but I don’t like to wash my hair more than once a week so I’m not getting as much of the topical on as I probably should but I do think there’s a difference in the texture of my hair and though I wish it worked faster I think we’re making progress. And I appreciate the fact that they’re only two capsules a day to take. That helps a lot. So, so far so good. We’ll know in another three months if it did what we hope it does. But I have lived with very fine and thin hair my entire life. It’s just as I get older It gets thinner, so I have to try something, right?
