Extremely poor experience
Extremely poor experience — still waiting with no answers I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from Exclusivia based on my experience. My order has been significantly delayed, and getting clear information about where it is or when it will arrive has been incredibly frustrating. I previously posted a negative review after weeks of delays and uncertainty. Exclusivia finally contacted me and specifically asked if I would remove my review. I agreed and removed it in good faith because I believed they were finally resolving the situation. Unfortunately, I am STILL waiting. I have since contacted them multiple times asking for a simple delivery update and have received nothing other than automated responses. I still don’t have a confirmed delivery date or meaningful tracking information. Taking down my original review was clearly premature. At this point, the lack of communication is unacceptable. I just want the product I paid for and a straight answer about when I’m going to receive it. Take your money elsewhere people….its not worth the hassle
