Disappointed
we have left for our destination in Europe without the licence as it is only being delivered by FedEx today which is 4 days late having paid a considerable amount for for fast delivery. Would never recommend or use this service again. I have emailed for a refund. Let see how we go. We have also discovered that a country where you do not hold a drivers license cannot issue you with an international drivers permit. We feel we have been scammed.
