I ordered a D40 and received it on 30/06/2026. It didn't work and we started a prcedure for replacement. We are now 6 weeks later. The Dc40 has been picked up but no replacement received so far. I must say that the communication is in my eyes not good. I send all the needed information with my first claim. Then I was asked every day an other question, sutch as date of puchase, invoice, ... Altough everything was aready send the firs time. We have been losing a week just on this.
