Super disappointed by the couch
Super disappointed by the couch. Paid around $1400 from savings for a firm couch and pillows/cushions don’t like to stay on it. It’s also polyester. I can’t return it because I don’t want to pay 10-20% in shipping fees. It looks nice but costs more than it should and isn’t the most comfortable. Edit: Customer service was very helpful
